40歳未満の若手有機化学者の中から毎年一人だけ選ばれるもので、若手の中では最も難しい賞の一つで、栄誉あることだと考えております。賞のサポートの一環として、今秋に、世界の複数のハーバード大学をはじめとしてトップ大学を三週間かけて訪問し、講演旅行をしてまいます。
昨年の受賞から引き続き、注目度高い分野で一層精進してまいりますので、引き続き、メカノクロスをよろしくお願い致します。
Our company director, Associate Professor Kubota of Hokkaido University, has received the Merck-Banyu Lectureship Award (MBLA 2024) for his work on “Pioneering and developing solid-state organic synthesis chemistry using mechanochemical methods.”
This award is given to one young organic chemist under the age of 40 each year, and is one of the most difficult awards to receive among young chemists. We believe this is an honor. As part of the support for the award, this fall we will be visiting top universities around the world, including Harvard University, for three weeks on a lecture tour.
Since receiving the Hokkaido Technology Encouragement Award last year, we will continue to work hard in this highly popular field, so we hope you will continue to support MECHANOCROSS.
