管理部門は着実に体制が整ってきておりますが、伊藤さんは前職でもスタートアップの財務・会計領域を幅広く経験されており、今後、補助金活用や資金計画を含め、会社としてアクセルを踏んでいくうえで大きな力になってくださると期待しています。

In November 2025, we welcomed a new member to the Mechanocross team: Ms. Rika Ito, who has joined us as our Finance Lead.
Our corporate functions have been steadily strengthening, and with Ms. Ito’s extensive experience in finance and accounting at her previous startup, we expect she will play a vital role as we accelerate our business—particularly in areas such as funding strategy and effective use of grants.
